Refund policy
We offer exchange and refund options under the following conditions:
Exchange is allowed within the same shipping timeframe (3–5 working days) after the item is picked up from the customer.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase, including Fawry, card payments, or Cash on Delivery.
Conditions for exchange or refund:
- Item must NOT be unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- No signs of wear, damage, or perfume
Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, a full refund will be issued.
If the wrong item was sent, a free exchange will be provided.
